Welcome to Day #2. This is by far my favorite day. You get to go ahead and plan out a personalized morning routine. The most important part of a successful day is a good morning routine, which is why we aim to help you design your very own personalized routine.
As part of the base for your routine, we've created a template for you:
- Wake Up/Stretch
- Drink A Glass Of Water
- General Hygiene
- Eat Breakfast/Take Supplements
- Get Some Steps In
- Quick Meditation (Optional)
Feel free to move things around add and subtract things that you like etc. If you need help thinking of ideas, you can always visit our Facebook group and see what others have posted to get an idea of how you would like to spend your mornings.
