That is why we started with proper hydration and a morning routine. Now that we've chosen one thing to cut back on so that we have more time to move towards living the life we truly want to live.
In order to make this work, you goal needs to have a good reason behind it. Like Simon Sinek says, if we have a good 'why' it results in having the energy needed to complete the process of moving forward towards your goals, as your goals will come "batteries included" because you have a strong enough desire for success that is fueled by a worthy aspiration with good reasons for it.
