Day 6

Time to optimize your daily routine. We've taken care of the core aspects, but like any process, there will be some tweaks that need to be made in order to make things work correctly. 

What I've learned in the process of developing my own routines, is that there needs to be a particular structure. Specifically, there needs to be certain rewards that I know I can have once I achieve certain consistencies in my goals, that is, rewards that I decide upon before I begin a task. 

I got this form the book, The Power Of Habit, which I will recommend today as a good read.
