On your first day of the challenge, we will give you access to our private community of active individuals that will all be there to cheer you on during your magic week of change.
We are going to help you formulate your goals for this challenge so that you can have clarity on what you want to achieve and how you are going to achieve it. After you know what the plan is, we will have you make the big jump - by posting your goals publicly in our Facebook group! This part is key. When you share your aspirations with others, they become that much more real to you, and you'll even feel obligated to follow through! We've got your back on this one. ;)

It's all about the way you start your day. So we've got you covered on that for the next 7 days. The point here is to get you on the right track as soon as you get up. Your morning sets the tone for the day. The decisions you make in the first hour of waking life mostly determine the course of your life in general.
